Highly recommend them for firewood. I bought a cord of firewood from them a few times and was very happy. Great quality firewood and a good amount of wood. Also very friendly and professional.  Nelson tree co is definitely my first choice for firewood.

After a severe thunderstorm recently, 4 large pine trees were pulled up out of the ground, totally blocking 1 whole side of our yard. Our regular contractor would not even touch it & recommended getting a professional tree service. We found Randy at Nelson Tree Company in North Huntingdon, PA. It was a very difficult situation with trees layered upon trees, but Randy & his crew worked for 3 days - all day- to clean up our yard. They were very professional & obviously experienced. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Came when he said he would. He also removed an extra branch and two other small trees that were revealed when larger trees were removed. He also cut and stacked wood for me which was not part of our initial agreement. Clean up was thorough.

Had to postpone because of weather, but other arrangements were made and the work was done in a day. The crew arrived on time and worked like a well oiled machine. Very nice crew that was very knoweldgeable. The yard was left clean.
